Returns

Items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. They must be returned unused, in a resaleable condition and in their original packaging if applicable. Please contact us by phone / email  to arrange. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. Please ensure proof of posting is obtained.

Once received, a refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt.

Personalised or Bespoke items are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty.

Damages / Discrepancies

Any damages or discrepancies (missed or incorrect items) must be reported with 7 days of receipt. If a box is delivered damaged or in poor condition, please log with  the courier and/or take photos before disposing of the packaging.

About Prudhoe Rosettes and Trophies

Prudhoe Rosettes And Trophies is a trading name of G. Prudhoe & Co. Ltd. which was established as a stationers in 1901 by George Prudhoe. The company has expanded over the last century, firstly into commercial printing and then in 1977, rosette and trophy manufacturing.
