Delivery

Shipping 

All orders over £25.00 value will be sent via DPD couriers. A tracking number will be emailed upon despatch with options to modify delivery (change date, safe place etc.). A one-hour window will also be emailed on the morning of delivery. 

Smaller orders will normally be sent via Royal Mail.

Orders can also be collected from our Darlington factory, free of charge.

UK Mainland Delivery Charges

Orders between £25.01 - £150.00 = £9.95

Overs over £150.00 = Free standard delivery.

Stock Personalised Rosettes = approx. 1 week

Bespoke Rosettes = 3-6 weeks depending on season.

Standard Trophies = 3-4 days.

Engraved / Etched trophies = approx. 7-10 days
