🚚 Delivery

Shipping 

All orders over £25.00 value will be sent via DPD couriers. A tracking number will be emailed upon despatch with options to modify delivery (change date, safe place etc.). A one-hour window will also be emailed on the morning of delivery. 

Smaller orders will normally be sent via Royal Mail.

Orders can also be collected from our Darlington factory, free of charge.

UK Mainland Delivery Charges

Orders up to £25.00 value = £4.95

Orders between £25.01 - £150.00 = £9.95

Overs over £150.00 = Free standard delivery.

Highlands and Islands = £10.00

⏱️ Lead Times

Lead times on our Bespoke Made to Order Rosettes vary depending on season.

Typically, during winter months around 2-3 weeks and in summer 4-6 weeks.

We always endeavour to despatch orders at least one week prior to the event to allow for any unexpected delays with shipping.

We will of course work with you wherever possible to accommodate urgent requirements. Please contact us prior to placing an order if your event is imminent.

🌍 Overseas Orders

We welcome orders from overseas and currently supply to clients across Europe and beyond.

Export orders may be exempt from UK VAT, however there may be duties and Tax to pay to your local customs and Excise depending on destination.

Shipping costs will depend on destination and urgency.

Prudhoe Rosettes And Trophies is a trading name of G. Prudhoe & Co. Ltd. which was established as a stationers in 1901 by George Prudhoe. The company has expanded over the last century, firstly into commercial printing and then in 1977, rosette and trophy manufacturing.
